Intro To The Stakeholder's Dilemma Canvas Model

The Community On Demand Gatherversity™ Fellows Program is a six-month leadership and service-learning initiative that provides real-world experience in civic leadership, workforce development, and community engagement through service-learning projects that promote economic development, STEAM education, and social impact.

Fellows will gain hands-on experience, earn certifications, and build a professional network while leading service-learning initiatives that drive meaningful change in their communities. Upon completion, Fellows will receive a digital credential and Skillcoin Rewards to support their ongoing career development. We invite passionate individuals and organizations to collaborate with us in these six C.H.U.I.S.E. focus areas:

  • Civic Leadership

    Developing skills in governance, community organizing, and public service to drive positive social change.

  • Health and Wellness

    Promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through education, resources, and community support.

  • Urban/Rural Design

    Creating sustainable infrastructure, housing, and public spaces to enhance community development.

  • Intro to STEAM Careers

    Exploring Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) industries to build future career pathways

  • Social Entrepreneurship

    Using business strategies to address social challenges and create community-based economic solutions.

  • Environmental Engineering, Exploration, and Stewardship

    Innovating sustainable solutions for energy, conservation, and climate resilience.
